What will you be doing at Miniclip?

Technical Support & IT Management:

  • Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and basic networking issues.
  • Document solutions and technical knowledge in manuals and notes.
  • Configure and install computers across MacOS, Windows, and Linux.
  • Maintain IT infrastructure and commonly used local and cloud applications.
  • Provide technical support via email, phone, chat, and in-person across all offices.
  • Ensure proper issue tracking using Miniclip’s internal ticketing system.
  • Manage IT inventory, including hardware, software, and licenses.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and departments like Finance, HR, and Legal to meet technology needs.
  • Oversee software license requests, assignments, and vendor communications.
  • Handle hardware requests, define departmental standards, and find cost-effective resellers.

Project Management:

  • Actively support IT projects and contribute to their success.
  • Work with project managers and teams to meet project milestones efficiently.

What are we looking for?

We seek a skilled communicator with a strong technical background, excellent social skills, and a team-oriented mindset. The should be passionate, dedicated, and eager to improve existing solutions while contributing new ideas.

Key Skills:

  • Computer hardware, systems, and software
  • Networking fundamentals
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Basic project management methodologies
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of IT support experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
